Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all Aline’s Gentle Lens photography sessions — including maternity, newborn, baby, children, and family bookings. A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be completed before your session starts. Sessions can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, free of charge. If illness occurs (baby, parents, or siblings), please contact me as soon as possible to move your session to the next available date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will result in the loss of the retainer. All retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances, as this covers studio preparation, time, and your reserved slot. If your preferred time slot is unavailable, you may join the waitlist and will be contacted if a suitable opening becomes available. Payments can be made securely online. Final images, prints, and albums will only be delivered once full payment has been received. By booking a session with Aline’s Gentle Lens, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
